What type of surface can I place my Carbon Oven on?

Place Carbon Oven outdoors on wood, metal, or other high heat-safe countertops such as granite or concrete (Glass and plastic tables are NOT recommended). Ensure the surface can safely hold upwards of 60lbs and is placed on a secure and level surface.
