Truffle Butter

This savory and earthy compound butter, and can transform any dish into an elevated meal.

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 8
sticks butter, unsalted, brought to room temperature
2
white truffle oil
1
water, Tap
2
tbsp
Kosher Salt
1
pinch

DIRECTIONS

  1. Let butter stand at room temperature until soft.
  2. Add butter to the food processor, blend and scrape the sides until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the truffle oil and water while the motor is running. Scrape the bowl and process until fully incorporated.
  4. Add in the salt and process until evenly distributed. Keep refrigerated.
