Truffle Butter
This savory and earthy compound butter, and can transform any dish into an elevated meal.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
sticks butter, unsalted, brought to room temperature
2
 white truffle oil
1
 water, Tap
2
 tbsp
Kosher Salt
1
 pinch
DIRECTIONS
- Let butter stand at room temperature until soft.
- Add butter to the food processor, blend and scrape the sides until smooth and fluffy.
- Slowly drizzle in the truffle oil and water while the motor is running. Scrape the bowl and process until fully incorporated.
- Add in the salt and process until evenly distributed. Keep refrigerated.
