CLEANING

When cleaning Carbon’s exterior use a warm damp cloth with mild soap to wipe clean and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaning products or those with harsh chemicals. To clean the inside of the oven, run the oven on high for 30 minutes to burn off excess debris. Once cool, the inside can be swept out with a wire bristle oven brush or a dry towel. The brick stone in the Carbon Oven may change color but will not affect the performance.

STORING

To keep your oven looking great and in optimal performance, store indoors during long periods without use and during harsh weather conditions such as snow, rain and strong winds. If you are located near the ocean or a body of salt water, use a weather-proof cover and/or store indoors when not in use.

Caution! Allow the oven to completely cool before cleaning, moving, or storing.
