Why is my brick stone is discolored?
The brick stone in the Carbon Oven may change or discolor over time but will not affect its performance.
To clean the inside of the oven, run the oven on high for 30 minutes to burn off excess food and debris. Once cool, the inside can be swept out with an oven bristle brush or a dry towel.
