- Lightly dust your peel with flour or semolina.
- Hand stretch the dough ball out and slide it on your pizza peel.
- Drizzle with good olive oil and top and bake until golden
- Top with Everything Bagel Seasoning and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Top with favorite toppings like whipped cream cheese and smoked salmon. Serve with assorted meats and cheeses.
