DIRECTIONS

  1. Fire up your Carbon oven and allow it to preheat.
  2. Using a small amount of flour or semolina, dust your Carbon peel. Stretch the dough ball out to 12 inches and slide it on your pizza peel.
  3. Spoon an even layer of your favorite red pepper sauce.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, goat cheese medallions, and pimentos.
  5. Launch the pizza off the peel and into your Carbon oven and rotate until golden brown.
  6. Finish the pizza with arugula and olive oil.
