DIRECTIONS
- Fire up your Carbon oven and allow it to preheat.
- Prepare your pizza dough two days ahead of time to give the dough time to cold ferment.
- Using a small amount of flour or semolina, dust your Carbon peel. Stretch out your dough into a 12" round and slide onto the peel. Top with BBQ sauce, mozzarella, cooked and shredded pork, and jalapenos.
- Launch into your Carbon pizza oven and cook for 1.5 - 2 minutes, rotating frequently until the crust is evenly browned.
- Remove from the oven and top with pickled red onion and cilantro.
