DIRECTIONS

  1. Fire up your Carbon oven and allow it to preheat.
  2. Place a cast iron skillet in your Carbon oven for 5-10 minutes until hot.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt, garlic, lemon zest, butter and black pepper.
  4. Place shrimp in hot cast iron and turn occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
  5. Finish with a fresh squeezed lemon and chives. Serve immediately.
