Shrimp – peeled, deveined, tails on

Garlic, minced

Black Pepper

Lemon, zested

Butter

Chives, minced

Lemon, squeezed

DIRECTIONS
- Fire up your Carbon oven and allow it to preheat.
- Place a cast iron skillet in your Carbon oven for 5-10 minutes until hot.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt, garlic, lemon zest, butter and black pepper.
- Place shrimp in hot cast iron and turn occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
- Finish with a fresh squeezed lemon and chives. Serve immediately.
