Smash Burger and Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

Ground beef 80/20

Sesame seed buns

Asparagus

Ketchup

Mayonnaise

tbsp
Whole garlic cloves, paper on
2
cloves
Baby spinach
1
handful
Parmigiano cheese

Extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS
For the burger:
- Preheat a half sheet pan in the Carbon oven until warm.
- In a bowl mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parmigiano cheese.
- Mix well and divide into 4 balls
- Add olive oil to hot sheet pan
- Add the burger patty and smash it down until your desired thickness. Place the pan and burger patties into the oven until cooked. Approximately 1-3 minutes depending on your doneness.
- Remove and sprinkle each patty with salt and pepper.
- Assemble your burger with ketchup, mayo, parmigiano cheese, and fresh spinach. Serve hot with asparagus and enjoy!
For the asparagus:
- Preheat a half sheet pan in the Carbon oven until warm.
- Chop the bottom ends of the asparagus
- Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Throw them in the oven until they are perfectly cooked and enjoy!
