DIRECTIONS

For the burger:

  1. Preheat a half sheet pan in the Carbon oven until warm.
  2. In a bowl mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parmigiano cheese.
  3. Mix well and divide into 4 balls
  4. Add olive oil to hot sheet pan
  5. Add the burger patty and smash it down until your desired thickness. Place the pan and burger patties into the oven until cooked. Approximately 1-3 minutes depending on your doneness.
  6. Remove and sprinkle each patty with salt and pepper.
  7. Assemble your burger with ketchup, mayo, parmigiano cheese, and fresh spinach. Serve hot with asparagus and enjoy!

For the asparagus:

  1. Preheat a half sheet pan in the Carbon oven until warm.
  2. Chop the bottom ends of the asparagus
  3. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Throw them in the oven until they are perfectly cooked and enjoy!
