What temperature does the Carbon Oven reach?
The ambient temperature can vary from 500ºF-960+°F while the deck will always be around 100ºF-150°F less than the ambient. Both heat sources are controlled with variable valves that can adjust the BTUs. If your toppings are cooked before your base, turn down the main torch or turn on the under-brick burner.
